Please Remember.. The Memories on Main Car & Bike Show is a CLOSED Event ~ Roll-Out Begins AFTER Awards (3PM)

General Parking is from 7AM – 8:30AM – The Event starts at 9AM so you must be in line to be parked by 8:30AM.  Barricades go up at 9AM.

Roll-In ENTRY point is off Hwy 79 & Main Street ONLY (See attached Map) Just South of the River Bottom Grille is a bridge.  Just south of the bridge is “Main Street” (some maps call it Ranchview Rd but the street sign itself is “MAIN”).  Turn West on that road and it will guide you to the check-in point.

TRAILERS - Trailers are NOT allowed on Main to Unload.  (See Map for Unloading and Parking at Heritage Park)

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE BARRICADES or Enter from ANY Other Road Parking Staff and Volunteers are focused on keeping the lines rolling & those vehicles that are IN LINE to park. Anyone trying to access the event from another direction will be assisted by Florence Police.

Be Sure to Roll-In with whomever you’d like to be parked with/around Let the parking crew know how many are in your group so we can try to get you all parked together.   We do not allow reserved spaces, so be sure you all Roll-In together!

Proceed to the Registration Booth at Main/8th St. to Register for the Show – window Entry’s must be in front windshield by 9:00 AM; at 9AM our volunteers will be checking each Vehicle/Motorcycle parked within the barricades to ensure they have been to the Registration Booth to pick up their Packets and have registered (for those cars NOT already registered).
